The organization is seeking strategic and forward-thinking Director of Supply Chain to lead the Shared Services site in Mexico and drive excellence across the end-to-end supply chain operations.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for shaping global supply chain strategy, standardizing best practices, and building scalable capabilities that enhance efficiency, resilience, and performance across regions. You’ll partner cross-functionally with key stakeholders to optimize planning, sourcing, logistics, and digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Americas development and execution of global supply chain strategies
- Establish and govern best practices, processes, and performance standards
- Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives
- Champion digital transformation and advanced analytics capabilities




- Build and lead high-performing, globally distributed teams
- Collaborate with regional leaders to ensure alignment and scalability
- Travel: up to 20%

Adecuado Candidate:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- 10+ years of experience in procurement or supply chain within advanced manufacturing or complex industrial environments
- Proven leadership experience in global supply chain or operations
- Strong knowledge of procurement processes, supplier management, cost modeling, and ERP systems
- Strong strategic mindset with hands-on execution capability
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
- Fluent in English and Spanish
