You will report to the Disputes Manager.
**YOU WILL LEARN**
- End to end process of an Invoice through dispute resolution by supporting Sr. Dispute Resolvers.
- Understand and navigate through multiple functional teams in the Order to Cash life cycle.
- Join daily tiered meetings.
- Support projects surrounding recurring dispute root causes.
- Reach out to stakeholders, process owners, & resource owners to meet commitments & elevate issues.
- Identify, communicate, and execute solutions to problems that remove barriers and mitigate risk.
- Perform data analysis using Excel, Biz Objects, or other appropriate software or tools to quantify financial impact of disputes.
**YOU MUST HAVE**




- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Able to use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)Must be able to read, write and speak English.
