Introduction to Role:
Are you ready to take the next step in your recruitment career? We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Recruiter to join our distributed team. You will be instrumental in formulating recruitment strategies, managing the hiring administration process, and ensuring the successful relocation of employees across countries.
Accountabilities:
As a TAQ Partner, you will be responsible for developing strong relationships within the Global Recruitment organization, ensuring all communication messages adhere to brand guidelines, and strategically supporting College Relations and Conference/Career Fair participation. You will also facilitate Social Network Feedback and Communication, assist line managers with channel analysis, deliver the General Employee Referral Program - Talent-Scout, and work with Recruitment Marketing agencies to develop consistent recruitment communications.
Essential Skills/Experience:
- Experience in Managing the recruitment process
- Use of job boards
- Experience working with different ATS
- Excellent English interpersonal skills
Desirable Skills/Experience:
- Educated to Degree level
- IT recruitment experience
