Provide support to the areas of Human Resources and attention to personal employee and ensuring that the procedures are carried out according to corporate policies, following up the work plans established in the Department of Human Resources, in order to know and develop all the activities in the area. Know the rules establishing the quality policy / carrying its work procedures according to the culture of quality. Promote company core values.

- Disciplanary process support
- Work environment analysis
- HR process explanations
.Standardize process among our business centers
- White Collar recruitment support (interview schedule and follow up) report to Recruiment in charge
- Induction and Onboarding for new members
- DNC support
- Support on Office Management and Business support related matters




- Support on Finance invoicing follow ups
**Profile and experience**
Degree / Human Resources/Business Administration/ Psychology
Experience minimum of 2 years in HR Process
Conversational English (Fluent)
**Skills**
Implementation of standards, Confident, Organizational and time management and MIcrosoft Office.
