**Project** Description**:
Project for a Swiss multinational food and drink processing conglomerate corporation.
**Responsibilities**:
This role will focus on developing and implementing engaging communications for a global IT Transformation program, designing comprehensive communication plan and templates for various scenarios, and focusing on a receiver-centric approach. Additionally, the individual will advise and guide different regional and market stakeholders assuring the communication plan and templates are highly adopted and correctly used.
Responsible for researching and identifying the needs and desires of IT receivers in order to solve problems, identify opportunities or increase target segments' engagement and productivity. The UX researcher Identifies the best research approach given business goals, resource and limitations, performing in-field user research to collect qualitative and quantitative data of the employee experience. Finally, the UX researcher is responsible for keeping the product team informed through continuous investigation of the experience and delivering user journey, personas, blueprint or any other type of artifact/analysis that provides a clear understanding of the problem and opportunities.

Must have




- Create effective communication strategies for a complex IT transformation project
- Great writing skills
- Graphic Design skills (image & video)
- Build close relationships with different stakeholders in order to create relevant content and continuously improve and validate materials
- Collaborate with a general and regional change & communication team
Be able to articulate and guide stakeholders through the communication plan in order to have a higher adoption and usage of the materials created
- Strong middle UX expert (at least 2 years of experience)
- Experience in researching and identifying the needs and desires of IT receivers
- Ready to initiate UX design activities and push validation and research to the product team when it is needed
- Experience in delivering user journeys, personas, blueprints or any other type of artifact/analysis
