Role Overview

Ensure inventory integrity through proper transfer between locations and to internal warehouses,



promote increased inventory reliability.

Essential Job Roles And Responsibilities
- Execute GT (Group Technology) Methodology to store components according to their point of use to ensure the percentage of reliability of the inventory assigned by the company.
- Implement fixed locations of components and ensure compliance with the FIFO methodology.
- Develop and implement maximum and minimum controls in warehouses.
- Monitor the internal flow of materials, through transfers between warehouses and closing production orders.
- Develop, implement, and maintain kanban areas in production.
- Monitor the entry and exit of materials with subcontracted suppliers, according to the procedures established by the organization.
- Ensure compliance with internal labor regulations.
- Schedule and ensure preventive and/or corrective maintenance on equipment necessary to carry out activities within the warehouse
