Litigation Case Manager - California Employment Law
Position Type: Full-Time
We are seeking an organized, proactive, and highly adaptable Case Manager to serve as the central coordinator for our litigation team . The adecuado candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced legal environment, enjoys solving problems, anticipates issues before they arise, and is willing to wear multiple hats.

Support attorneys, paralegals, legal assistants, and intake staff as workload demands.
Coordinate projects across departments.
Help prioritize urgent tasks and reallocate work when necessary.
Drafting & Legal Support:
Maintain accurate case management records in Clio and Microsoft 365.
Help improve office systems and workflow efficiency.

3+ years working in a litigation law firm.
Excellent organizational and project management skills.
Familiarity with Clio, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, Adobe Acrobat, and e-filing.
