Site Engineer The Site Engineer is responsible for supporting the successful execution of onsite project activities from pre-mobilization through project demobilization. This role provides technical and coordination support during installation, integration, commissioning readiness, and site closeout activities.
The Site Engineer works closely with the Site Manager, Project Manager, Installation teams, Commissioning teams, Site Services, suppliers, subcontractors, and the Customer to ensure onsite activities are executed safely, efficiently, and in alignment with project scope, schedule, quality, and documentation requirements.
This position is a key member of the onsite project execution team and supports the coordination of Dematic teams and Customer stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

What You Will Do in This Role
Support the review and coordination of scheduled onsite activities with the Project Manager, Site Manager/Superintendent, Installation teams, Commissioning teams, and Site Services team
Assist in the preparation, update,



and control of project documentation related to onsite execution, including installation progress, safety documentation, quality records, punch lists, and daily/weekly reports
Support pre-mobilization activities, including validation of pre-mobilization checklists and participation in project site surveys
Assist with coordination of site equipment, rental equipment, tools, access requirements, and required documentation
Support the execution of project SQCDP metrics: Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, and People
Monitor onsite installation activities to ensure alignment with drawings, specifications, standards, and project requirements
Provide technical support to installation teams during mechanical, electrical, pre-commissioning, and commissioning readiness activities
Support site safety requirements by participating in safety walks, toolbox talks, regulatory checks, and verification of safe work practices
