We are looking for a HVAC Trainer Sr. (LATAM) to join our team based in Mexico City (Polanco).
About the Role
Are you an expert about HVAC systems and helping others develop their technical expertise?
In this role, you will lead technical training initiatives across Latin America, supporting service and engineering teams through hands-on learning, certifications, and knowledge-sharing programs. You will become a key technical reference for applied HVAC systems in the region.
What You’ll Do
• Deliver technical training programs for service and engineering teams across LATAM
• Develop training materials, presentations, videos, and technical guides
• Support certification and technical development initiatives
• Share best practices and applied HVAC knowledge across multiple countries
• Lead Train-the-Trainer programs to expand technical expertise in the region
• Provide guidance on chillers, hydronic systems, controls, and applied HVAC solutions
• Work closely with regional and general teams to ensure consistent technical standards
What We’re Looking For




• 5+ years of experience in Applied HVAC, Service Engineering, Technical Support, Field Service, or Technical Training
• Strong knowledge of chillers, hydronic systems, controls, and applied HVAC equipment
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, or a related field
• Experience delivering technical training or mentoring technical teams
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Advanced English and Spanish
