About the Opportunity
TalentoHC is partnering with a leading restaurant organization seeking a Contract Manager, Supply Chain to join its team.
This role will be responsible for ensuring product availability, managing supplier relationships, supporting promotional launches, and mitigating supply chain risks across a fast-paced environment. The adecuado candidate brings strong experience in supply chain operations, procurement, inventory management, and logistics, along with a proven ability to drive execution and solve complex operational challenges.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage product supply continuity and proactively address supply chain disruptions and risks.
- Partner with suppliers, procurement teams, and distribution partners to maintain service levels and inventory availability.
- Support new product introductions, promotional launches, and limited-time offer (LTO) initiatives.




- Develop and manage timelines to ensure successful execution of supply chain projects.
- Coordinate with marketing, operations, quality assurance, and supplier partners to align on product launches and inventory requirements.
- Monitor inventory levels and support distribution planning to optimize product flow.
- Manage relationships with distribution centers and third-party logistics providers.
- Support supplier negotiations, pricing reviews, and cost management initiatives.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements, efficiencies, and supply chain optimization.
- Resolve supply, inventory, and distribution issues in a timely and effective manner.

Qualifications
- 5–8+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, sourcing, logistics, inventory management, or foodservice operations.
- Strong experience managing supplier and cross-functional stakeholder relationships.
