TikTok Content Creator and Operations Specialist
Job Responsibilities
1. Manage the day-to-day operation of the TikTok account, including content planning, publishing schedules, and performance tracking
.2. Develop and execute monthly and weekly content calendars aligned with product launches, marketing campaigns, seasonal events, and brand objectives.
3. Maintain a strong understanding of TikTok's content recommendation algorithm and key performance metrics, including watch time, completion rate, engagement rate, shares, and audience retention.
4. Monitor emerging TikTok trends, viral formats, trending sounds, challenges, and cultural moments, and quickly adapt them into product-focused content.
5. Independently create short-form video content from ideation to execution, including concept development, scripting, filming, editing, and publishing.
6. Produce a minimum of two TikTok videos per day , ensuring consistent content output and quality.
7. Conduct product-focused video shoots, including lifestyle, unboxing, feature demonstrations, gaming, and trend-based content.8.



Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, PR, and KOL teams to support campaign objectives and content deliverables.9. Analyze content performance and audience insights, identify successful content patterns, and continuously optimize content strategy.10. Stay informed about competitor activities and best practices within the smartphone, consumer electronics, and social media industries.

Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Media, or a related field.
2. 1–3 years of experience in TikTok content creation, social media operations, or short-form video production.
3. Strong understanding of TikTok's content ecosystem, platform trends, and recommendation algorithms.
4. Proven ability to identify viral trends and transform them into engaging, product-relevant content.
