We're looking for a Lead SAP S/4HANA Product Costing Consultant to join our team. In this role, you'll lead the design, configuration, and optimization of SAP Controlling processes, partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and efficient business solutions.
Key Responsibilities

Lead the configuration and support of SAP S/4HANA Controlling, with a strong focus on Product Costing.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable, sustainable SAP solutions.
Design and optimize end-to-end business processes across Finance and Supply Chain.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with MM, PP, SD, WM, and PM.
Perform impact analysis for enhancements, system changes, and new business initiatives.
Troubleshoot complex production issues, conduct root cause analysis, and drive resolution.
Support system integrations, external interfaces, and data mapping activities.
Plan and execute unit and integration testing, including test preparation, documentation, and test data management.

Required Qualifications





~10+ years of hands-on SAP S/4HANA configuration experience in Controlling.
~ Strong expertisein:
~ CO-OM (Overhead Management)
~ CO-PC (Product Costing)
~ COPA / Margin Analysis
~ Proven experience integrating SAP CO with MM, PP, SD, WM, andPM.
~ Strong business analysis and requirements gathering skills.
~ Experience designing scalable and repeatable business processes.
~ Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
~ Experience with system integrations, external interfaces, and data mapping.
~ Hands-on experience with unit testing, integration testing, test planning, documentation, and test data preparation.
~ Advanced English communication skills (written and spoken) are required.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Make-to-Order (MTO) processes.
Experience with Material Ledger and Vigente Costing.
Experience with Margin Analysis in SAP S/4HANA.
