Now Hiring: Front of House Manager (Reception & Operations)

Location: Bodega Barbers – Mexico City

Bodega Barbers is an English-speaking premium barbershop serving both locals and the international community in Mexico City. We are looking for a professional, organized, and confident Front of House Manager to join our team.

This is not a traditional receptionist position. We are looking for someone who enjoys hospitality, takes pride in organization, and can confidently help maintain the daily operation and professional standards of the shop.

Responsibilities
- Welcome every client with a warm, professional attitude.
- Manage appointments, phone calls, WhatsApp, and client inquiries.
- Process payments and operate the POS system.
- Maintain an organized and professional reception area.
- Support the barber team and help keep daily operations running smoothly.
- Reinforce company policies and operational standards professionally.
- Monitor inventory and assist with opening and closing procedures.
- Help create an exceptional experience for every client who visits Bodega Barbers.





Requirements
- Fluent English (required).
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Organized, reliable, and punctual.
- Calm under pressure and able to multitask.
- Professional appearance and attitude.
- Comfortable giving direction and reinforcing standards respectfully.
- Experience in hospitality, reception, customer service, hotel operations, restaurant management, or retail management is highly preferred.
