Job Summary
We are looking for a hands-on Salesforce Developer Tech Lead with strong expertise in Agent force Salesforce Data Cloud Apex and LWC The role combines deep technical delivery with leadership owning design code quality and end-to-end implementation of AI enabled Salesforce solutions

Key Responsibilities:
Lead technical design development and code reviews for Salesforce solutions
Build and implement Agent force AI agents prompts grounding RAG and custom agent actions
Design and deliver Salesforce Data Cloud solutions ingestion modelling activation
Develop high-quality solutions using Apex LWC SOQLSOSL Flows
Own delivery across the SDLC design build test deploy and production support
Mentor developers and enforce Salesforce best practices security and performance standards





Required Skills Experience:
Strong hands-on experience with Apex LWC and Salesforce core platform
Proven experience implementing Agent force in real business use cases
Practical experience with Salesforce Data Cloud in enterprise environments
Experience as a Tech Lead design ownership code reviews and team guidance
Comfortable working in Agile delivery models

Required Salesforce Certifications:
Salesforce Certified Agent Force Specialist
Salesforce Certified Data Cloud Consultant
Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I

Preferred (Nice to Have):
Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II
JavaScript Developer I
Integration experience REST APIs MuleSoft
CICD and Salesforce DX experience
