What You’ll Do
- Lead end-to-end communication strategies that engage and inspire employees
- Create compelling multichannel campaigns and storytelling content (videos, visuals, messaging)
- Shape and manage platforms and communication ecosystems
- Build strong media relationships and elevate Arkema’s external voice.
- Design and deliver high-impact events and engagement initiatives
- Drive CSR programs that reflect our values and strengthen community connections
- Play a key role in crisis communication and organizational readiness
What You Bring
- 7–9 years of experience in communications or related fields
- Strong background in organizational communications, storytelling, and media relations
- A passion for employee experience, culture, and purpose-driven communication
