About The Company: Randstad is the #1 HR Services Provider in the world, and we are looking for a Learning Operations Coordinator to join our Nearshore Center at Randstad Mexico. The Learning Operations Specialist has a vital role in partnering with program owners to develop, implement, and track employee training. This role will work closely with L&D; program owners in Onboarding, Employee Development, and Management Development.

Manage enrollments, attendance, and scheduling, and ensuring accuracy of learning materials for live training programs in the company’s LMS.
● Engage with program owners, internal teams, and external vendors to plan on-site and off-site training sessions.
● Assist employees with scheduling or rescheduling their training enrollments, and assign and track any pre-work for live training.
● Assist in generating reports on development programs, and live training offerings.
● Partner with program owners to ensure the accuracy of data and build ad hoc reports.




● Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

Experience with live training event management.
● Basic data skills and comfort with Excel and spreadsheets.
● Familiarity with project management tools, such as Monday.Familiarity with common content creation tool: Flexibility to navigate big picture system details while managing individual projects program task management, attendance tracking, and troubleshooting individual employee issues.
● 100% remote position.
