Build the finance function of one of Mexico’s fastest-growing healthcare platforms.

AliVet is building the leading veterinary hospital platform in Mexico through acquisitions and operational excellence.

In our first six months, we’ve acquired 4 hospitals, built a profitable platform, and are backed by leading entrepreneurs and family offices. Our goal is to reach 20 hospitals by 2027.

This is our first corporate hire.

You’ll work directly with the founders and help build the finance organization from the ground up, with a clear path toward becoming CFO as the company scales.

What you’ll do

You’ll own the financial operating system of AliVet while supporting every acquisition we complete.

Responsibilities include:

Finance & Treasury

Build and manage weekly cash flow forecasting

Treasury management and payment planning

Budgeting, forecasting and monthly reporting

Financial controls and approval processes

Working capital optimization

Coordinate external accounting, tax and payroll firms

Develop scalable financial processes and dashboards

M&A; & Corporate Development





Evaluate acquisition opportunities

Build valuation and operating models

Lead financial due diligence

Analyze EBITDA normalization

Support transaction structuring (cash, seller financing, rollover equity, earn-outs)

Track post-acquisition performance

Prepare materials for investors and Board meetings

Strategic Finance

Help founders make capital allocation decisions

Identify financial risks before they become problems

Build expansion scenarios

Help institutionalize the finance organization

What we’re looking for

3–7 years in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Venture Capital, Strategy Consulting or Corporate Finance

Excellent financial modeling and Excel skills

Strong analytical judgment

Comfortable working with imperfect information

High ownership mentality

Exceptional integrity and discretion

Excited by startups, M&A; and building companies from scratch

Fluent in English
