The Role

We are looking for a Operations Specialist with real experience in time-critical logistics.

This is a hands-on execution role. You will coordinate high-priority shipments from booking to final delivery, working closely with airlines, couriers, agents, and global clients.

You will not simply follow instructions. You will make decisions in real time and take responsibility for the outcome.

What You Will Own

End-to-End Execution
- Manage OBC, NFO, and express shipments globally from booking to delivery.
- Coordinate couriers, airlines, airport handling agents, and final recipients.
- Ensure every milestone is controlled and confirmed.

Real-Time Operational Control
- Monitor flights and routing proactively.




- Identify risks early and activate contingency plans.
- Escalate when needed and solve problems before they escalate further.

Global Coordination
- Communicate directly with airlines, booking platforms, handling agents, and clients.
- Ensure documentation accuracy and customs compliance.
- Maintain structured and professional updates in high-pressure situations.

Operational Improvement
- Contribute to workflow optimization and smarter processes.
- Support junior team members when needed.
- Help strengthen operational standards as the company grows.

Your Profile

At least 1 years of experience in time-critical logistics such as OBC, NFO, AOG, or express freight.
Strong operational mindset with global shipment handling experience.
Calm, structured, and decisive under pressure.
Fluent in English and Spanish. German is a plus
