As TikTok Shop continues to redefine the Mexico e-commerce landscape, we are looking for a high-energy, results-drive n Business Development Manag er to spearhead our growth by acquiring top-tier international and Mexico local brands.

The Role
You will be the face of our agency, responsible for identifying, prospecting, and closing deals with brands looking to dominate TikTok. You aren't just selling a service; you are selling a growth engine. You will consult with marketing directors and business owners to design TikTok-first strategies that drive ROI.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Prospect ing: Proactively identify and reach out to high-potential brands (local Mexico & International)



across categories such as Beauty, Fashion, Home Decor, and Electronics.
- Sales Pipeline Managem ent: Manage the full sales cycle from cold outreach and initial pitch to contract negotiation and closing.
- Solution Selling : Conduct deep-dive discovery calls to understand brand pain points and pitch tailored solutions (TikTok Shop setup, Affiliate operating, Paid Ads, and Livestreaming).
- Client Relationship Build ing: Establish and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and marketing leads.
- Market Intellige nce: Stay ahead of TikTok Shop trends, policy changes, and competitor moves to position our agency as the premier authority in the space.
- Collaborat ion: Work closely with the Operations and Onboarding teams to ensure a smooth transition from "closed-won" to "active client."
