Key responsibilities
- Coordinate production schedules to meet customer demand
- Lead and supervise production teams, ensuring adherence to procedures, quality standards, and safety practices
- Track and drive performance metrics such as efficiency, productivity, scrap, and on-time delivery
- Ensure proper release of finished goods by validating quality prior to shipment
- Analyze production issues and deploy corrective actions
- Manage resources including labor, equipment, and materials
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable standards (quality and safety)
- Provide reporting, insights, and escalation of key issues to leadership
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives including Lean, Kaizen, and 5S
- Partner with cross-functional teams

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering,



or related field
- 10+ years of experience in manufacturing/production environments
- Previous leadership experience in a similar role preferred

Technical skills
- Production planning and scheduling
- ERP/MRP systems
- Lean Manufacturing tools
- Performance metrics such as OEE, scrap, productivity
- Quality systems and standards
- Industrial safety practices
