ABOUT THE ROLE

You are Sarelly's U.S. marketing engine. The person who keeps the brand moving day-to-day — owning the marketing calendar, managing content flow, supporting retail activations, and acting as the connective tissue between the U.S. General Manager and the Mexico creative and marketing teams.

This is a hands-on, execution-first role for someone with 2–3 years of marketing experience who is proactive, highly organized, and thrives in a fast-moving, founder-led brand environment. You get things done, keep things aligned, and find ways to elevate our game.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Own the U.S. brand and ATL marketing calendar — coordinating product launches, seasonal campaigns, retail activations, and key brand moments end-to-end across channels and on budget.





• Collaborate with the Affiliate Manager on all UGC and creator economy components — briefing, scheduling, asset flow, and campaign alignment.

• Own CRM strategy and execution: manage customer communications, promotional flows, and lifecycle messaging tied to the marketing calendar.

• Work closely with the Mexico marketing team on content pipeline: adapt existing assets, identify gaps, and find practical ways to elevate content production and flow with available resources.

• Support the Wholesale Manager on trade marketing needs — retail kits, in-store activation assets, POS materials, and launch support.

• Manage the U.S. marketing budget: track spend, forecast needs, process invoices, and liaise with the finance team to keep the budget clean and current.

• Track and report on marketing performance metrics — content ROI, affiliate contribution, creator performance, and channel attribution — with clear, actionable takeaways.
