We are looking for:




- 2 years of experience in supervisory positions in a call center environment within the financial sector or Fintech companies.
- Experience in payday loans will be highly valued.
- Knowledge of verification, collection, and customer service processes.
- Proficiency in call management systems and CRM.
- English proficency.
- Bachelor's degree in any field is desired.
