**Job Title: Inbound Appointment Setter **(100% Remote)
**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers with professionalism and courtesy.
- Schedule appointments for their sales representatives while ensuring accuracy and efficient use of their time.
- Update and maintain customer records in their CRM system to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
- Provide product and service information to customers, addressing inquiries and concerns effectively.
- Assist in resolving customer issues and escalations, aiming for prompt resolution.
- Maintain a strong knowledge of our client's services and offerings.
- Adhere to established performance metrics, including call handling times and appointment scheduling accuracy.




- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge relevant to bathroom remodeling.
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service role.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Appointment Setting.
- Excellent English level both written and spoken
- Bilingual both English and Spanish
- Strong computer skills with access to a reliable computer and high-speed internet connection.
- Customer-focused attitude with problem-solving abilities.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Ability to adapt to changing processes and technologies.
- Must be located in western part of Latin America
