**Case Processor Position (Customer Service + Back Office)**
**Job description**:
- Handle a pipeline of 50+ clients on a weekly basis.
- Communicate with mortgage companies to monitor, review, and negotiate terms on behalf of clients.
- Provide updates on a weekly basis on current file status.
- Request documents from clients to process them
- Send requested documentation to the mortgage companies.
- Speak with foreclosing attorney offices to confirm or obtain information related to client cases.
- Accurate data entry.
- Send requested documentation to mortgage companies.
- Communicating with team members and management regarding issues that require escalation.
- Collaborate with team members to address challenges and provide support as needed.
**Skills**:
- Resolve problems and concerns raised by clients with empathy and efficiency.
- Handle upset clients with professionalism, seeking resolutions and maintaining positive client relations.
- Demonstrate a personable and friendly demeanor in client interactions.

**Qualifications**:
- Previous experience in a client relations or customer in a call center environment.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in accurate data entry and document management.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with clients.
- Detail-oriented.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and workload.
- Ability to hold a fluent conversation with English speaking clients/lenders with assertiveness and confidence.
