**The role**
The Sr Agile Coach helps leaders and teams to understand the agile WOW, providing guidance and support into agile mindset and practices adoption.
**What you’ll do**
- Foster a transparency environment and effective communication within the team
- Help teams in the adoption and implementation of Agile WoW
- Help teams in the adoption and implementation of KPIs
- Ensure continuous improvement
- Align with agile roadmap strategy and provide insights to adjust transformation efforts
