DRAZ & DOLCE is a high end design studio showroom looking for a showroom manager with _**extensive experience in managing high end design studio.**_
Specifically High End Kitchen / Bathroom Design
**Responsibilities**:
- Lead and motivate a team of design and sales associates to achieve sales targets
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Must be experienced in marketing and social media
- Train and onboard new team members
- Set and implement sales goals and strategies
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a timely manner
**Experience**:
- Previous experience in team management, preferably in a showroom setting
- Bilingual proficiency in English. Spanish is an asset
- Strong sales skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
As the Showroom Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving sales, managing the design team, and ensuring excellent customer service.



You will have the opportunity to lead a dynamic team of sales and design associates while providing support, guidance, and training. If you are passionate about high end design, sales, have strong leadership skills, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.
Please note that this is not an entry-level position. Prior experience in design and sales management is required.
**This is a hybrid position and may require travel to Los Angeles, USA.**
We offer competitive pay for eligible employees.
Pay: $200,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
