- Requirements_
- BA or Master's in English Teaching, Applied Linguistics, Languages or Foreign Languages.
- C2 English level with one of these certificates: CAE Grade A, CPE, in-service IELTS band 8.5+
- Experience_
- 5 years of ELT
- Teacher Training and counseling
- Supervision and coordination in language schools
- Management and supervision of academic personnel
- Class observation
- Classroom management
- Customer service for students and families
- Responsibilities_
- Oversee students' attendace and performance
- Customer service: students, parents and personnel, both onsite and online.
- Provide technical support
- Manage and analyze reports
- Observe teachers' classes to provide support to develop their ELT performance.
- Assure a high-quality service.

- Full-time position with mixed schedules,



8 working hours Mon - Sat distributed in the operational schedules: 7 am - 4 pm / 11 am - 8 pm
