**Responsibilities**:
1. Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns.
2. Coordinate and manage social media platforms, ensuring consistent brand messaging.
3. Create and update marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, and newsletters.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute promotional events and campaigns.
5. Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, providing insights for continuous improvement.
6. Assist in the creation and maintenance of marketing calendars and project timelines.
8. Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
9. Manage relationships with external vendors and partners.
10. Assist in budget tracking and invoice processing.
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communications, IT or related field preferred
Proven experience as a Marketing Coordinator or in a similar role.
**Experience/Skills**:




1 year experience in a professional services environment required; law firm experience preferred. An additional year of experience in project management, database administration and/or customer support required.
Demonstrated technical experience working with databases or similar technology platforms such as experience databases, proposal generators, or other technologies required
Strong writing, proofreading and editing skills critical, with a keen attention to
Strong understanding of marketing principles and digital marketing trends.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and marketing software/tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Creative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
