Work strategically to drive physical and systematic changes in the material flow process by deploying Lean / Six Sigma methodology. Ensure product forecasts meet fulfillment expectations. In coordination with other MTL’s, coordinate inventory levels, production capacities, and product demand to determine forecast feasibilities.
**Key responsibilities include**:
- Demonstrate accountability for long term planning of forecasts through Demantra.
- Develop the best metric to monitor forecast accuracy and performance
- Work with local and global teams to continuously improve forecast accuracy
- Coordinate with MTL’s for the site and ensure a consistent handoff of forecast information
- Report and monitor forecasts to identify variants, to take appropriate actions
- Ensure proper forecasting methods are used for the different types of parts and production schedules.
- Support the standardization of material management, working closely with PFEP guidelines
- Participate in Lean manufacturing initiatives and support
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 5 years of supply chain experience.




- Ability to drive change initiatives in a matrix environment.
- Ability to successfully motivate and maintain employee involvement while driving change. Bilingual
