We're looking for a bookkeeper to own the foundation of the Taxceed system, the layer everything else rests on.

If the data is wrong, or the file isn't ready, nothing above it is right.

We believe the quality ceiling of the entire firm is set at this layer.

Flag anomalies or unusual activity to the Accountant or Tax Preparer immediately — not at close
Treat every manual task as a candidate for replacement by a system — reducing manual readiness work is a performance metric, not a threat to the role

Zero-error transaction recording and reconciliation across multiple client entities
How an integrated tax, accounting, and finance operation runs end-to-end




Don't consider a reconciliation done until every line balances
Hold a gate under deadline pressure rather than letting it flex
Treat "close enough" as a red flag, not an acceptable outcome
See bookkeeping as a box-checking exercise rather than a craft
