Our challenge





We´re looking Support Engineers that will provide first-line production support for the enterprise payments environment using a follow-the-sun model, focusing on monitoring, alert handling, and structured incident management.

The Role
Responsibilities
- Monitor payments platforms and dependent services; handle alerts per runbooks/SOPs and perform required RFB checks.
- Log, triage, prioritize, route and escalate incidents; support war-room/techline activities as needed.
- Conduct first-level incident investigations, produce daily incident reports, and ensure clear shift handovers.
- Create and maintain SOPs and knowledge articles as issues are resolved and lessons are learned.
- Support client connectivity and payment lifecycle operations according to defined procedures.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- Familiarity with Linux and Windows servers.
- Working knowledge of databases (SQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL or similar).
- Basic cloud exposure (AWS, GCP, or equi
