Based in Monterrey (Mexico) this role serves as a key connection between field operations,



corporate HR, and project management teams across the United States and Canada.

The position is focused on attracting top talent, ensuring efficient HR operations, and supporting a positive employee experience within a dynamic, multinational, and project-driven environment.

Support HR operations by maintaining employee records, monitoring compliance documentation, and assisting with HR policies and procedures.
• Provide administrative and operational support to Project Managers and field teams, including travel coordination and workforce logistics.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure efficient staffing and HR support across North American projects.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1 year of experience in HR, recruitment, and administrative roles, preferably within multinational, engineering, construction,
