Acxiom is looking for a Senior Creative Specialist to join our growing creative team. This role is idóneo for someone with experience in an in-house creative department or agency environment who can independently manage multiple projects, bring structure to creative requests, and deliver high-quality work with minimal supervision.
What You'll Do
- Design and develop presentations, fact sheets, marketing collateral, and campaign assets.
- Create highly polished PowerPoint presentations following detailed brand guidelines and templates.
- Develop visual assets using Adobe Creative Cloud, including Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.
- Translate data into compelling charts, graphs, infographics, and visual storytelling.
- Support email campaigns, event materials, signage, and related creative projects.
- Manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
- Partner with writers, marketers,



and business stakeholders to deliver impactful communications.
- Provide mentorship and creative guidance to junior team members.

What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in a creative agency or in-house creative environment.
- Advanced PowerPoint design and presentation-building skills.
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
- Experience creating fact sheets, marketing materials, and brand-compliant communications.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Self-starter who can work independently, solve problems, and think beyond the brief.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Portfolio showcasing presentation design, branding, and marketing communications work.
