Operational Excellence Leader – Production (Oil & Gas)

About the Role
We are looking for a senior Operational Excellence Leader to drive performance, reliability, and cost optimization across hydrocarbon production operations. This role plays a critical part in ensuring that production systems, artificial lift, facilities, and service providers operate under the highest technical and operational standards. You will act as a key link between production, reservoir, maintenance, and service providers, ensuring efficient, safe, and cost-effective production.

Key Responsibilities
- Establish and enforce operational excellence standards across production activities
- Monitor and optimize performance of artificial lift systems and production facilities
- Identify inefficiencies, recurring failures, and performance gaps
- Drive initiatives to improve reliability, uptime, and cost per barrel




- Evaluate and manage performance of technical service providers
- Implement KPIs and dashboards to support data-driven decisions
- Ensure compliance with API standards and industry best practices
- Conduct technical audits and define corrective actions
- Promote continuous improvement and operational discipline

What We’re Looking For
- 15+ years of experience in Oil & Gas
- Strong background in production operations or production engineering
- Hands-on experience with artificial lift systems (ESP preferred)
- Solid understanding of production facilities and water injection systems
- Experience working with or managing technical service providers
- Proven track record in operational excellence, reliability, or performance optimization
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to influence multidisciplinary teams
