Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager/Supervisor to support our manufacturing operations in Monterrey, Mexico.



This position is responsible for managing the full spectrum of Human Resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee and labor relations, attendance and payroll administration, performance management, training and development, compliance, HR operations, and employee engagement.
The adecuado candidate will have 5+ years of progressive HR experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably within the automotive, industrial equipment, thermal management, or solar / photovoltaic industries. Experience supporting large manufacturing plants with both hourly and salaried employees is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of Mexican labor law, excellent communication skills in English, and experience working with multinational organizations are strong advantages.
