The Integral NPI Sourcing Manager is responsible for managing and coordinating the sourcing and procurement activities related to new product introductions on a global scale. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product development, and supply chain, to ensure the timely and cost-effective sourcing of materials and components for new products. The Global NPI Sourcing Manager collaborates with suppliers, drives supplier qualification and selection processes, negotiates contracts, and ensures the availability of high-quality materials to support successful product launches.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- NPI Sourcing Strategy: Develop and implement a global sourcing strategy for new product introductions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements, cost targets, and supplier capabilities. Identify and qualify suppliers who can meet the quality, cost, and delivery requirements of NPI projects.
- Supplier Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.



Collaborate with suppliers to ensure early involvement in the product development process and secure their commitment to meet project timelines and quality standards. Monitor supplier performance, address issues, and drive continuous improvement.
- Supplier Qualification and Selection: Evaluate and qualify suppliers for new product introductions. Assess supplier capabilities, capacity, quality systems, and financial stability. Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to ensure compliance with technical specifications, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
- Contract Negotiation: Lead contract negotiations with suppliers for new product sourcing. Ensure favorable terms, conditions, and pricing to achieve cost targets and support long-term partnerships. Collaborate with legal and procurement teams to develop contractual agreements that protect the organization's interests.
