In this role, you'll be responsible for managing customer activities related to their shipments once they arrive in the country, ensuring smooth operations and an exceptional customer experience.
Key responsibilities include:
✅ Coordinating shipment routing, pickups, and tracking activities.
✅ Collaborating with customers, suppliers, and transportation partners.
✅ Resolving operational issues and providing timely solutions.
✅ Building and maintaining strong professional relationships with customers and vendors.
✅ Ensuring efficient and seamless logistics processes.
