**Role Responsibilities**:
- As a Senior Manager, FP&A; - Carrier Business Services, you will play a pivotal role in guiding the financial planning and analysis (FP&A;) activities within the Global Business Services organization. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving financial performance and supporting strategic decision-making processes across Carrier’s diverse portfolio of innovative technologies. Specific responsibilities include:
**Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A;)**:
- Lead the development and execution of comprehensive financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to support strategic objectives and operational needs within the Carrier Business Services organization.
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, assess performance against key financial metrics, and provide actionable insights to senior management.
- Collaborate with business leaders to develop and maintain financial models for scenario planning, investment analysis, and profitability assessments.
- Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery to stakeholders.
- Facilitate the financial integration of new initiatives and technologies into Carrier’s business services offerings, assessing financial viability and return on investment.
- ** Strategic Financial Leadership**:
- Act as a key financial advisor to the Global Business Services leadership team, contributing to strategic planning and operational efficiency improvements.
- Drive the financial evaluation of potential mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures, supporting the company’s growth and expansion strategy.




- Lead cross-functional teams in identifying opportunities for cost savings and efficiency gains, aligning financial strategy with business objectives.
- ** FP&A; Systems and Process Improvement**:
- Champion the use of advanced FP&A; tools and systems, such as Hyperion (HFM) and SAP Finance, to enhance financial reporting and analysis capabilities.
- Spearhead initiatives to improve financial processes and systems, ensuring alignment with best practices and technological advancements.
**Minimum Requirements**:
- ** EDUCATION / CERTIFICATIONS**:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting required. Master’s degree or professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA) preferred.
**EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS**:
7+ years’ experience in finance positions of increasing responsibility, with a strong focus on FP&A; within a large, integral organization.
Demonstrated experience in leading financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
Proven track record of developing financial models, conducting financial analysis, and supporting strategic decision-making.
Advanced proficiency in financial systems (Hyperion (HFM), SAP Finance) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Exceptional analytical, organizational, and process management skills.
Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact with individuals at all levels of the organization and across functions.
