American company dedicated to calibration services is looking for your talent as:
**Customer Service**
**Qualifications**:
- **3 - 5 years of experience** in commission sales preferred.Make sales calls. Develop leads and referrals.
- Advance English
- Bachelor’s degree in related field.
- Experience in marketing and sales acumen to develop leads.
- Proficient with MS Office. Prior experience with Zoho a plus.
**Main activities**:
- Handle all customer or direct sales persons or channel partner inbound requests.
- Establish good rapport with customers or channel partners (USA, México and Canada). Responsible for product knowledge to answer questions and follow-up for customers, direct sales people, or channel partners.
- Maintain and update Zoho. Update price lists.
- May represent the products to customers and at field events such as conferences, seminars, trade shows, etc.




- Maintains technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
- Assist in marketing when needed.
**Location**: Parque industrial La Balvanera, Corregidora, Qro.
**Schedule**:Monday to Friday 8-18hrs
**Benefits**:
- Base salary 100% payroll ($16k
- $19k gross monthly)+ Law benefits + Benefits in excess of the law (food vouchers and Major medical insurance)
