**Job Description**:
As a Lead Manager, you will:
Maintain continuous communication with potential house sellers.
Follow up with previous inquiries to assess readiness to sell.




Gather essential information from sellers to evaluate properties.
Prospect, nurture, and delegate leads to our sales department, with on-the-job training provided.
Anticipate an average of 100 daily calls.
Daily Responsibilities:
- Receive inbound calls and qualify potential sellers, gathering crucial details such as asking price, property condition, and motivation.
- Make daily outbound calls to potential house sellers.
- Hand over promising leads to the sales team.
