**Responsibilities**:
Manage the day-to-day accounting operations of the company.
Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
Ensure compliance with USA GAAP and company accounting policies.
Supervise a team of accounting professionals.
Develop and maintain internal controls.
Coordinate audits and tax filings.
Provide financial analysis and support to management.
Drive process improvements and efficiency in the accounting department.
**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.




CPA designation preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of Epicor ERP system.
Experience with cost accounting and inventory management.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Pay: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per month
