**Infrastructure Project Manager**:
**Job Summary**
- Degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL) are a plus and handled multiple managed services team (from local / remote location)
- Need 12+ years in industry with 5+ yrs of relevant work exp. handling / managing projects with Infrastructure Management i.e. Proven experience as a project manager in infrastructure projects, specifically in the Infrastructure movements and understanding of Data centers, Commodity services, data centre, back-up monitoring, areas of storage administration, Windows and Linux administration, SCCM management, database and storage administration, and network /security services.
- Strong knowledge of infrastructure technologies, including storage systems, operating systems (Windows and Linux), SCCM, databases, and networking.
- Experience in migration projects and managing vendor transitions, takeovers and maintain steady state of project thereafter is highly desirable.




- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Should be able to share relevant status reporting to stakeholders in client side (internal / external) and Hexaware side and be liaison between offshore team and customer stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset for L2, L3 Support team.
- Ability to work well under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
