This position is responsible for working with PBNA Business Units, Functional teams, and IT support teams on various data issues surrounding end to end order management and invoicing. The role involves monitoring, analyzing, and resolving failure related to Master Data, Customer Data, OTC (Order to Cash),



Sales & Distribution, warehousing, picking/delivery and other supply chain processes.

Work closely with Business Units, field users, and IT support teams to understand operational requirements and deliver efficient and innovative solutions to support supply chain processes.
Act as a key coordination point between Business and IT teams for resolving complex system issues related to SAP Master Data, OTC processes, and Sales & Distribution transactions.
Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to reduce manual work and enhance operational efficiency using tools such as Power BI, Power Query, Excel automation, and Winshuttle.
Design and maintain operational dashboards to monitor process performance, track incidents, and provide real-time visibility to stakeholders.
Lead root cause analysis discussions for recurring data point failures and collaborate with IT teams to implement permanent sol
