POSITION SCOPE AND ORGANIZATIONAL IMPACT
Moss’ Fleet Equipment Mechanic’s main function is to ensure all equipment and vehicles are in job ready condition.
Must be able to troubleshoot issues using Diagnostic Tools and Perform the most economical repairs in a safe and timely manner. The candidate must have the ability to perform preventative maintenance routine and job site on demand equipment down issues and on-site repairs as scheduled by the Solar Equipment Coordinator / Fleet Equipment Manager. Perform key responsibility area’s and effectively communicate and coordinate with Asset Management Team members, jobsites, and vendors.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform regular routine preventative maintenance service on Construction Equipment
- Respond to service call requests immediately and perform repairs or maintenance as coordinated and scheduled with the Equipment Coordinator / Equipment Manager
- Communicate and trouble-shoot service issues with the Equipment Coordinator / Equipment Manager and collaborate with outsourced service vendors to solve service issues
