Job purpose

The
Carrier Sales Representative – Mexico

is a critical role in our operation. Once a customer rate is approved, this position is accountable for securing carrier capacity, protecting margin,



and ensuring that the load is picked up and delivered according to plan.

This role combines
carrier sales, dispatch and problem‑solving

. The idóneo candidate is a strong negotiator, comfortable in a fast‑paced environment, with proven experience in cross‑border over‑the‑road (OTR) freight between Mexico, USA and Canada.

Key responsibilities

· Negotiate competitive
buy rates with carriers

while protecting the company’s required profit margin.

· Secure
sufficient and reliable capacity

to meet customer requirements on assigned lanes and shipments.

· Manage day‑to‑day
transportation execution

to ensure on‑time pickup and delivery, proactively escalating any risks or delays.

· Maintain
constant, clear communication

with Operations and Customer Service regarding load status, exceptions and recovery plans.

· Provide
fast and accurate responses

to both carriers and internal teams (emails, calls, messages).
