Lead strategic Road Logistics implementations and help shape innovative solutions for customers across Mexico and Cross-Border operations.

How you create impact
- Lead end-to-end implementation projects for Road Logistics operations across Mexico and Cross-Border, ensuring a seamless transition from project launch to operational execution.
- Design tailored logistics solutions that support business growth and help win new customer opportunities.
- Develop implementation plans, define timelines, allocate resources, and proactively mitigate project risks.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders,



driving alignment and ensuring a high-quality implementation experience.
- Prepare operational documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and deliver knowledge transfer sessions to ensure successful project handovers.
- Collaborate with Commercial, Pricing, Operations, and Compliance teams to deliver customer-focused solutions while managing multiple projects simultaneously.

What we would like you to bring
- 3+ years of experience in Road Freight Forwarding or Road Transportation, focusing on implementation, project management, or solution design.
- Full professional proficiency in English.
- Proven customer-facing experience with the ability to build strong relationships and present logistics solutions confidently.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
