The Organizational Culture & Communications Specialist is responsible for designing and executing initiatives that strengthen organizational culture, enhance employee engagement, improve internal communications, and promote an inclusive workplace aligned with the company's values and business strategy.
This role serves as a strategic partner to HR and business leaders by ensuring employees receive clear, timely, and meaningful communication while fostering an environment where people feel connected, valued, and engaged.
Design and implement the annual internal communications plan to ensure clear, consistent, and timely messaging aligned with the company's strategy and culture.
Develop and lead initiatives that reinforce the company's values, desired behaviors, and organizational culture across all levels of the organization.
Coordinate employee engagement surveys, pulse surveys, focus groups, and feedback mechanisms; Track and analyze key performance indicators related to communication, engagement, culture, and inclusion,
