Role Description
The Ingeniero de Soporte Técnico Postventa (HVAC e Infraestructura Crítica) is a full-time, on-site role based in the Mexico City Metropolitan Area. This role is responsible for providing post-sales technical support for HVAC and critical infrastructure solutions, including UPS systems, precision cooling, and modular data center equipment. Daily activities include diagnosing and resolving technical incidents,



performing on-site inspections and preventive maintenance, and coordinating system installations and commissioning with internal teams and partners. The engineer will prepare technical reports, documentation, and recommendations, and will guide customers on proper use, configuration, and optimization of their systems. The role also involves close collaboration with sales, project, and engineering teams to ensure high-quality customer service and continuous improvement of solutions.

Qualifications
- Strong technical support and troubleshooting skills for HVAC, UPS, and critical infrastructure systems.
- Solid analytical skills to diagnose complex technical issues and propose effective solutions.
- Customer support and customer service capabilities to manage post-sales interactions professionally and responsively.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or relate
