Position Overview:
Spencer Thomas Group (STG) is currently looking to add to our team of consultants under our general HCM practice . Our client has an immediate need to temporarily backfill their MX City-based Payroll Operations Manager position while this employee takes on an internal transformation project.

Responsibilities:
- Manage current vendors and stakeholders
- Experience working with outsourced payroll providers
- No direct reports
- No payroll processing will be required
- Provide oversight, escalation, stakeholder management, signoff, etc

Required Qualification(s):
- Mexico payroll specialist with a deep understanding of MX payroll governance, laws, and regulations
- Experienced in managing vendors and stakeholders

Duration: This is a project-based consulting opportunity with an immediate start date and 12-month duration, with the possibility of extending for another 6-months.

Level of Effort: Full-time
