Maintenance Coordinator

Job Type: Contract worker, 40 hours per week

Reports to: Property Managers

Location: Remote

Compensation: 2,500–4,000 MXN/week, DOE — mid-level experience will land at the top of this range

Role:

You'll be the hub of maintenance coordination for a well-reviewed U.S. property management company — connecting tenants, vendors, and property managers to get repairs done right and fast. This isn't a general admin role: you'll own the maintenance workflow from intake to close-out.

What you'll do

· Coordinate maintenance requests end-to-end: intake, vendor scheduling, tenant communication,



close-out verification

· Review inspection reports and videos to flag lease violations and maintenance needs

· Communicate daily with tenants, vendors, clients, and team members on repair status

· Maintain accurate maintenance records and tenant/property files

· Support related operations: applicant screening info collection, showings/inspection scheduling, contract sends

· Other responsibilities as needed

· Meets SLAs on every maintenance ticket — no aging tickets without an update

· Tenants and owners feel informed, not chased

· Catches problems in inspection reports before they escalate

· Takes initiative on aging tickets before anyone has to ask
